Acceptable Use Policy | CrispFix AI Picture Enhancer

Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes what you may and may not do with CrispFix ("the Service"). It applies to every use of the Service and complements our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

What the Service Is

CrispFix is an AI-assisted photo editing service. All features operate on images that you upload (enhancement, upscaling, restoration, colorization, glare removal). The Service does not generate new people, faces, or scenes from text prompts, and it does not create deepfake or face-manipulation outputs.

What You May Not Do

You agree not to use the Service to create, edit, process, or distribute content that:

• Depicts, promotes, or enables sexually explicit, pornographic, or sexually suggestive material of any kind, including any content involving minors;
• Is illegal, harmful, fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading;
• Infringes the intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights of others;
• Constitutes or promotes harassment, hate speech, violence, discrimination, or targeting of individuals or groups;
• Involves non-consensual intimate imagery or the alteration of a real person's likeness in an intimate, sexualized, or defamatory manner;
• Is used for face-swap, deepfake, impersonation, or identity misrepresentation of real people;
• Contains malware or is intended to disrupt, overload, or abuse the Service or any third-party system;
• Violates any applicable law or regulation, or any third-party platform's terms.

Enforcement

We may review, refuse, or remove content and may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this AUP. Suspected illegal content or activity may be reported to the relevant authorities. Automated safety checks (including NSFW screening of uploaded images) are applied to protect the Service; attempts to bypass these checks are a violation of this policy.

Reporting

If you become aware of any use of the Service that violates this AUP, please report it to support@crispfix.com. We review reports and respond within three business days.

Changes

We may update this AUP as the Service evolves. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
