For repairs where the defect is apparent (Broken Screen), diagnostics are seldom needed. Start by filling out our Repair Request form or give us a call at (240) 523-3851. Tell us what’s going on – no jargon required.
2. Review Your Options
We believe you should have a say in how your device gets fixed. Not every repair needs top-shelf parts, and not everyone’s working with the same budget – we get that. That’s why we give you honest choices when it comes to replacement parts. In most cases, you’ll be able to choose between:
- Affordable third-party parts that get the job done and save you money.
- OEM pulls — original parts from used devices that offer a great balance of quality and value.
- Grade A pulled parts that are in near-new condition for those who want the best available.
We’ll walk you through the options so you can decide what works best for you. For PC parts and, for certain mobile & laptop parts, Original New (OEM) parts are also available.
3. Schedule a pick-up
Once you’re ready, we’ll arrange a time to pick up your device – at home, work, or wherever’s easiest.
4. Schedule Delivery
When the repair’s done, we’ll bring it back to you — ready to go, no hassle.
